Everything below exists to answer one question an international buyer is right to ask: can I trust a studio I'll never meet in person? Here's exactly how.

What is your typical project process?

Your process is broken into four distinct phases: Discovery (understanding your goals), Design (creating your visual system), Development (building your product), and Deployment (testing and launching for you).

The 'big reveal' is avoided. You are involved at every step. During your Discovery, strategy is aligned with you. In your Design phase, your wireframes are presented before high-fidelity mockups. In your Development phase, you are provided a staging link so you can click through your site as it's being built. This ensures there are zero surprises at your launch.

How do we communicate during the project?

You get a dedicated Slack channel or your client portal for your day-to-day quick questions, and you will have weekly or bi-weekly video check-ins to review your major milestones and your progress.

Clear communication is the most critical factor in your project's success. Async communication is used for your updates to keep your momentum high, but synchronous meetings are mandated for your major approvals. You will always know what is being worked on for you, what is needed from you, and whether your project is on schedule.

What do you need from me before we start?

You need to provide access to your brand assets (logos, fonts), any of your existing content or copy, access to your current hosting/domain accounts, and your designated point of contact who can make your final decisions.

Delays in gathering your assets are the number one cause of project delays. Before your kickoff meeting, you will be sent an onboarding checklist detailing exactly what is needed from you. If you do not have your professional copy or photography ready, let it be known early so your copywriting or art direction can be included in your project scope.

Do you handle the copywriting and content creation?

Your content architecture is included in every project, but your full copywriting is an optional add-on. Using professional copywriters is highly recommended if you do not have your own in-house team.

Your design without content is just decoration. If you are providing your copy, you will get a content framework detailing exactly what text you need for each of your page sections. If copywriters are hired for you, they will interview you, learn your brand voice, and write your conversion-focused copy that perfectly fits your design.

What happens after the website goes live?

You get a 30-day warranty period to fix any bugs that appear for you after your launch. After that, you can manage your site yourself or you can sign up for Care Plans for your ongoing support.

Your launch day is just your beginning. Your site's performance and analytics are closely monitored in the weeks following your deployment to ensure everything is functioning perfectly for you under your real-world traffic. You also receive all your training materials so your team feels confident making your updates.
